ABOUT RIPPLES INTERNATIONAL

The Ripples organization is located in Meru, Kenya. Under the amazing leadership team of Mr. Chidi Ogbonna, Mrs. Mercy Ogbonna, Mrs. Janet Mwobobia and Mrs. Lydia Mirugi, there are so many remarkable accomplishments that they have done and are far more than can be described here. Please feel free to contact them directly regarding their work. Listed below are some of the services they provide to the Meru community:

• The New Start Center, which provides care for abandoned babies up to three years of age regardless of HIV/AIDS status.
• The Main office which provides free, voluntary HIV testing, education, support and counseling.
• The Brenda Boone Hope Center which provides care for girls (ages 4-17) who have experienced or are at risk for abuse.
• Child Sponsorship Programs.
• Community Empowerment, Education and Transformation Activities.
• Promotion of Peace through Women Initiatives.
• Children Education/Nutrition Support.
• Home based Care and Support for PLWHA.
